Visitors and campers in North Carolina are tired of paying more on promises for increased staff and services, especially at Kerr Lake where sandpaper is served up for bathroom wipes.

We think there’s a good chance that within the Department of Administration’s Purchase and Contract Office, that while we’re being treated roughly in the bathroom, someone at Purchase & Contract is dining high with a toilet tissue rep.

Chances are there’s something stinky somewhere. We are in hopes that the state auditor’s office will take a paper sample and a cost analysis.
