I don’t know where the problem is..whether it’s the reservation system or the park staff. There have been many mix ups with this reservation system. Example..wrong site input, wrong name input…and a delayed wait at the gate when you have papers in your hand. When people come in with their reservations they are ready to go to their site and set up camp, instead alot of times they have to sit at the ranger station and argue with the employee that this particular site was reserved by them and have documents to prove it. Computers are good but people put information into the computers. Come on people..get it right!!!
